WASHINGTON, D.C., April 10, 2021 – His Excellency Sidney Collie, Bahamas Ambassador to the United States and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), was a “special guest” during a virtual forum on Tuesday, April 6, funded by the U.S. State Department for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s).
In a post on his Facebook page, Ambassador Collie said: “I was honored to participate in a forum for Black students attending HBCU’s funded by the USA DEPARTMENT OF STATE to discuss Lessons to be learned from The Caribbean Diaspora. Based on the questions and comments, the conversation was well received.”
