NASSAU, Bahamas — For the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arawak Homes Limited and Royal Bank of Canada were excited to reintroduce “Build and Brunch”, a special one-day event where over 30 pre-selected RBC clients had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with RBC’s Relationship Managers of Financial Solutions (RMFS) as well as home consultants, architects and other experts from Arawak Homes while dining on Bahamian delicacies. The event was held on Saturday at AHL’s head office on East Shirley Street.

The aim is to put more RBC clients on the path to home ownership with the help of Arawak Homes, which boasts over 50 unique home models and has built more affordable homes than any other construction company in the history The Bahamas.

After completing phase one of their journey to home ownership, clients were presented with goodie bags and posed for pictures with Arawak Homes Chairman Sir Franklyn Wilson, AHL President Franon Wilson and RBC Managing Director Deverson Warner.

Warner hailed the event as a “resounding success”, adding: “Our clients were wowed and look forward to the returns from our investment of time together.  Two strong brands partnering to help make our clients dream a reality with home ownership.”
