WASHINGTON, D.C., November 19, 2018 –Arnold F. Bain Jr., who was in Washington, D.C. for his induction into the Howard University Sport Hall of Fame on Friday, November 16, is pictured with several of his fellow inductees and Bill Ritchie (standing right), Howard’s first All-American track and field star, who was a member of Howard’s outstanding 1968/1969 track and field teams and was instrumental in organizing the induction ceremony for his fellow teammates. Ritchie was inducted in 1996. Arnold Bain attended Howard in the late 1960s and early 1970. The Hall of Fame dinner was held at the Martin’s Crosswinds, 7400 Greenway Center Drive, Greenbelt, Maryland.
