PARADISE ISLAND, Bahama (July 2022) — Atlantis Paradise Island recently extended an invitation to Bishop Lawrence Rolle to celebrate with team members of The Reef and The Cove who were being honoured during their monthly recognition event for outstanding performance.
In a release posted with a collection of photos on Facebook, the resort noted: “The event was held under the theme ‘Dis we Bahamian ting’ and Bishop Lawrence Rolle was the special invited guest and who graced us with a performance.
“Atlantis is known for exercising its commitment as a good corporate citizen by doing its part to assist local non-profit organizations by donating much needed supplies to assist in their community work.
“As we celebrated our amazing team members, we also celebrated Bishop Lawrence Rolle’s work, by presenting him a donation of food supplies valued at $3,500 to aid his local feeding outreach program.
“On hand to present the supplies was Atlantis’ Vice President of Public Affairs and Special Projects Viana Gardiner, who expressed how excited we were to have Bishop Rolle at our employee recognition event and to be able to donate these much-needed supplies to further assist Bishop Rolle’s community work.”
