NEW YORK, April 14, 2019 – His Excellency Lawrence Cartwright, Bahamas Consul General to New York, and his wife, Mrs. Theresa Ann Cartwright, worshipped at their church, St. James the Less, in Scarsdale New York, on Palm Sunday, April 14, 2019, according to information posted along with a photograph on the Facebook page of the Bahamas Consulate General in New York. The Palm Sunday morning service started at 10 o’clock with the customary procession around the grounds of the church. Consul General Cartwright and Consul Joy A. Newbold both participated in the Passion Reading during the service, with Consul General Cartwright reading the part of Peter while Consul Newbold read the part of Pilate.
