WASHINGTON, D.C., October 26, 2019 – The Bahamas Embassy Consular Annex, in collaboration with the Bahamian-American Association of the Washington Metropolitan Area (BAAWMAR), held a “Boo & Booze! A Hurricane Dorian Relief Fundraiser” on Friday evening, October 25, 2019 on the rooftop of Woodland Building, 733 15th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Guests were welcomed by Mr. Theo Neilly, Bahamas Consul General to Washington, D.C., and music was provided by popular D.C.-area disc jockey DJ PUMPKIN (Ryan Browne), a native of Barbados, who played a variety of recordings by Caribbean artists.
