NASSAU, Bahamas, May 17, 2023 – Ricardo P. Deveaux, Deputy Permanent Secretary at The Ministry of Education & Technical & Vocational Training, who is also President/CEO of The Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Foundation, posted a photo on Facebook taken during a courtesy call by executives of the foundation on Governor General C.A. Smith that we decided to share with readers of BAHAMAS CHRONICLE, which has a huge following among the Bahamian diaspora across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and, of course, The Bahama and the wider Caribbean.
