NASSAU, Bahamas, March 2, 2024 –The executive team of the Bahamas Primary School Student of The Year Foundation paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Glenys Hanna-Martin, Minister of Education and Technical and Vocational Training on Thursday February 29, 2024. The purpose of the courtesy call was to officially launch the 2024 Awards Program Year.

Also in attendance was the 2023 Primary School Student of the Year 1st runner up Nylah Symonette, who presented copies of the 2023 program booklet to the Minister and her executive team.  One hundred and twenty-four students will represent schools from throughout The Bahamas in the 28th annual awards competition, which will take place on Saturday June 1s, 2024.
