LONDON, England — In celebration of International Women’s Day 2019, the London-based Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC) today, March 8, 2019, announced on its Facebook page the appointment of Ms. Tamar V. Moss, a young Bahamian attorney, as the first female Chief Executive of the CYC. Following is the text of the announcement:
