BARONESS SCOTLAND DURING MEETING AT THE BAHAMAS MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

NASSAU, Bahamas —  Baroness Patricia Scotland, Secretary General of the Commonwealth, used the occasion of her recent visit to The Bahamas to see the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian when it slammed into Abaco and Grand Bahama the first week of September to meet with several Ministers of the government. She is pictured during her meeting with the Hon. Darren A. Henfield, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Affairs staff.

On Sunday, October 6, she visited Abaco and got an “up-close” look at areas of that Northern Bahamas island that were devastated by Dorian. She was accompanied by Minister Henfield.
