EPITOME OF A “TRUE” BAHAMIAN CULTURAL ADVOCATE TO BE GUEST ON CREATIVE NASSAU RADIO SHOW

NASSAU, Bahamas, January 28, 2020 —  I simply had to provide wider coverage in online news publication BAHAMAS CHRONICLE for this photo of the legendary Sir Charles Carter, my close friend from boyhood days, with Pamela Burnside and Patricia Glinton-Meicholas – President and Vice President of Creative Nassau, respectively – that was posted on Creative Nassau’s Facebook page with the following caption:

“It’s another CN Radio Tuesday, and this evening at 7pm Patti and Pam are so very happy and honoured to have as their guest, SIR CHARLES CARTER, the epitome of a “true true” Bahamian cultural advocate and the founder of Island FM 102.9, the generous sponsor of the Creative Nassau Radio Show from the ‘first beginning’!

It is always a pleasure to listen to his wealth of knowledge about all things Bahamian — a lifelong journey that he has taken to really make it “better in The Bahamas” by recognizing, promoting and investing in WE THE PEOPLE – “from the inside out”!!

Be sure to tune in to 102.9FM at 7pm tonight, or log on at www.islandfmonline.com to enjoy this gem of a conversation!”

Creative Nassau (CN) began broadcasting its weekly Nassau radio show with hosts Pam and Patti  from IslandFM 102.9, compliments of Sir Charles, in March of 2015. In March 2019 they celebrated the fourth anniversary of the show, which airs every Tuesday from 7 – 7.30 pm and is re-broadcast on Sunday from 5-5.30pm. It can also be listened to online at these times on www.islandfmonline.com.
