FIRST LADIES OF THE BAHAMAS AND ST. LUCIA GET BETTER ACQUAINTED AT DINNER

ST. LUCIA – While their husbands prepared for discussions on political matters that will be addressed during the 40th Regular Meeting of Heads of Government of CARICOM that officially begins today (July 3), the spouses of the Prime Ministers of The Bahamas and St. Lucia got better acquainted with each other during a dinner hosted by the First Lady of St. Lucia, Mrs. Raquel Du Boulay-Chastanet, on Tuesday night, July 2. Mrs. Patricia Minnis (left), wife of the Prime Minister of The Bahamas, the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis, is seen chatting with Mrs. Du Boulay-Chastanet at the dinner. The three-day CARICOM Heads of Government meeting is being held at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian Resort, Gros Islet, St. Lucia. Prime Minister Chastanet assumed the role of Chairman of CARICOM on July 1 for a six-month term, which ends on December 31, 2019. He succeeds outgoing Chairman, Prime Minister Dr the Hon.
