FREEPORT, Grand Bahama — Ian Rolle, President of the Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA), declares in this video that the GBPA is committed to “work with care, compassion and kindness until the quality of life for all our residents is one that restores our faith to reveal the best of Grand Bahama.”
