NASSAU, Bahamas, August 13, 2019 – Georgetown Hoyas basketball coach Patrick Ewing is pictured with the Hon. Philip “Brave” Davis, leader of the Progressive Liberal Party (PLP), the opposition political party in The Bahamas. The Hoyas are in The Bahamas for a trio of exhibition games, the first of which was played Tuesday night, August 12, at the Kendal G.L. Isaacs National Gymnasium, with the Hoyas easily winning 103-77 over the Commonwealth Bank Giants, according to the Hoyas website. The next two games will be played on Wednesday at 7:00 PM, and Thursday at 5:00 pm. The team is staying at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island.
