LONDON, England, November 21, 2019 — His Excellency Ellison Greenslade, QPM (second from right), Bahamas High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, led The Bahamas’ delegation at the opening plenary session of the 30th Extraordinary Session of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Council on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at IMO headquarters in London. In a tweet posted on the High Commission’s website, the High Commissioner described the opening session as a “very productive morning which set the stage for important discussions for the next two days.”
