LONDON, England — His Excellency Ellison Greenslade, Bahamas High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, is pictured at The Bahamas High Commission, 10 Chesterfield St, Mayfair, with Duchess Williams Alonga (left), President of Bahama Host Association (London), and performing artist Chelsea Blues during a courtesy call by the two ladies on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
In a tweet on his twitter page, High Commissioner said he is “always delighted to see the President of Bahama Host London and to welcome members of the Bahamian Diaspora.”
On her Facebook page, Chelsea Blues is described as a poet and performing artist who hails from “the humble waters of The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands.”
Nothing that Chelsea’s goal is “to inspire and leave her fingerprint on the world,” a release by ONV Promotions states, “You couldn’t get Chelsea to sing in your ear in public, let alone on stage. YouTube videos began when home or in room alone and posted without telling anyone — until found by close loved ones. She was always bubbly and confident, and didn’t mind performing poetry — even in public!
“Here we are 9 years later with an album underway and two singles already out on Spotify, Soundcloud, Apple Music, Google Play, and more! She recently graced London’s airways on Pulse88Radio alongside Dj Pavlos, where she wowed the city with her freestylings on air. With the album, a 3rd Poetry book and many performances lined up for the year, we all look forward to see the continuation of her rise in greatness.”
