LONDON, England –His Excellency Ellison Greenslade, QPM, Bahamas High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, welcomed Mr Philip Parham, CMG, UK Commonwealth Envoy, to The Bahamas High Commission on Thursday, August 23, 2018. Mr. Parham was appointed the UK government’s Envoy to the Commonwealth on June 18, 2018. Previously he was Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from July 2014 until June 2018. Before that he was the UK’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York York (2009 to 2013), and British High Commissioner to Tanzania (2006 to 2009).
