MINISTER FOR GRAND BAHAMA MOXEY HAS HIGH PRAISE FOR “ARTISTRY IN THE ARCHIPELAGO” WORKSHOP

FREEPORT, Grand Bahama, January 23, 2024 – The Hon. Ginger Moxey, Minister for Grand Bahama, today had high praise for “Artistry in the Archipelago” workshop held in Freeport on Saturday, January 20.

While in attendance at the event, Minister Moxey expressed her enthusiasm as she witnessed the fusion of art and environmental consciousness flowing through the venue.

“Witnessing the intersection of creativity and environmental stewardship here is truly inspiring,” Minister Moxey said. Our commitment to preserving the natural beauty of Grand Bahama aligns with initiatives like this, where local talents merge with environmental advocates.”

Amidst the eco-art and poetry, Minister Moxey emphasized the significance of community-led climate action, stating, “Art has the power to amplify the voice of nature, urging us to safeguard our mangroves and coral reefs.”
