PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE BAHAMAS AND THE UNITED STATES “STRONGER THAN EVER,” U.S. EMBASSY NASSAU DECLARES

NASSAU, Bahamas, June 5, 2020 – Declaring that the partnership between the United States and The Bahamas is stronger than ever, the U.S. Embassy in Nassau on June 4 posted a collage of photos on its Facebook page documenting the delivery $20,000 worth of medical supplies  to The Bahamas.

“The Rhode Island National Guard State Partnership Program donated continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) machines to The Bahamas, along with the conversion kits needed to turn the machines into ventilators that can help patients suffering from COVID-19,” the US Embassy Nassau noted. “We look forward to more opportunities to continue supporting The Bahamas in the fight against COVID-19.”
