WASHINGTON, D.C., November 2, 2023 – Highlighting one of his government’s accomplishments in the House of Assembly on Wednesday, Bahamas Prime Minister Philip E. Davis declared that the government “took a significant step towards building a brighter Bahamas by tabling the Consumer Protection Bill (2023).”

“Our aim is to ensure every Bahamian has a fair shot at success and happiness through economic justice. Join us on this journey to create a more prosperous society for all,” the Prime Minister said today in a post on Facebook that accompanied a photo of him speaking in the House and another showing a panoramic view of the House in session.

I absolutely had to share the narrative and photos with readers of my online publication, BAHAMAS CHRONICLE, which has a huge following among the Bahamian diaspora across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom as well as in The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
