NASSAU, Bahamas, October 5, 2023 – It all started back in 2021 when developers of Nassau Cruise Port decided that as a part of their multi-million-dollar renovations, they wanted to ensure that authentically Bahamian would be a major part of their identity.
Communications Manager Amanda Freedman says within the 11 acres of new retail space you’re sure to find anything from food and beverage, entertainment and, of course, small businesses to support.
Tiffany Barnett, small business owner and proprietor of Tiff’s Gallery, says moving within the retail space, business has been doing well.
Over at Tropiville, Marie Francis is looking to meet all of your culinary needs, offering a variety of jams and peppers.
If you’re in the market to satisfy your sweet tooth, owner of the Bee Hive, Marsha Musgrove, says she and her husband produce products made from 100 percent, all natural, Bahamian honey.
And although the port was re-designed to welcome millions of tourists to our shores, it is also more than open to residents.
