NASSAU, Bahamas — His Excellency Domingos Fezas Vital (left), Portugal’s Ambassador to the United States, paid a courtesy call on the Leader of the Opposition in The Bahamas, the Hon. Philip “Brave” Davis, at the Office of the Leader of the Opposition on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. The Ambassador was accompanied by the Honourary Consul of Portugal to The Bahamas H.E. Robert J. Arnold. A career member of Portugal’s Foreign Service, Domingos Fezas Vital was named as his country’s ambassador to the United States in September or 2015.
