ST. LUCIA, July 1, 2019 — Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis being greeted on his arrival in St. Lucia on July 1, 2019, for the 40th Regular Meeting of Heads of Government of CARICOM. The Prime Minister is heading a delegation that includes Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Darren Henfield; Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Dionisio D’Aguilar; Bahamas Ambassador to CARICOM, HE Reuben Rahming; the Hon. Adrian Gibson, MP for Long Island; Joshua Sears, Senior Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister; and Eugene F. Torchon-Newry Deputy Permanent Secretary. The Prime Minister is also accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Patricia Minnis (pictured at left).
