NASSAU, Bahamas — Sir Michael Barnett was sworn in as Justice of the Court of Appeal by Her Excellency the Most Hon. Dame Marguerite Pindling, Governor General of The Bahamas, during a swearing-In ceremony at Government House on Friday, March 1, 2019. A former Chief Justice, Sir Michael was appointed Chief Justice in 2009, having served as Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs from 2008 to 2009.
