NASSAU, Bahamas — A United States Coast Guard plane took Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert A. Minnis, U.S. Charge d’Affaires Stephanie Bowers, Leader of the Opposition Philip “Brave” Davis and delegation on an official aerial tour of North Abaco on Tuesday, September 3, in the aftermath of the devastation wrought on that Northern Bahamas island by category 5 Hurricane Dorian on Tuesday.
