WASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 24, 2023 – Bahamas First Lady Ann Marie Davis today posted an extensive collection of photos taken at a reception for the world’s First Ladies hosted by U.S. First Lady Dr. Jill Biden during the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
I could not repost all of them, but I absolutely had to share some of them with readers of my online publication, BAHAMAS CHRONICLE, which has a huge following among the Bahamian diaspora across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom as well as in The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
Mrs. Davis posted the photos with the following narrative:
“A marvelous reception for the world’s First Ladies hosted by FLOTUS – Dr. Jill Biden, a smart, humble, interesting, very engaging, First Lady. Many meaningful conversations about achievements, current events in our respective countries etc. Great camaraderie and networking. Immaculate garden, delicious food and drinks. The violinists were enchanting. Learnt so much. Amazing Ladies all very busy and involved. Lots of notes exchanged.”
