US EMBASSY CHARGE D’AFFAIRES MAKES COURTESY CALL ON MINISTER OF LABOUR

NASSAU, Bahamas,  July 13, 2018  — The United States Embassy’s Charge D’Affaires, Ms. Stephanie Bowers, recently paid a courtesy call on Senator the Hon. Dion A. Foulkes, Minister of Labour, at his office on Shirley and Charlotte Streets.  Ms. Bowers was accompanied by Mr. Douglas Sun, Political/Economic Officer in the U.S. Embassy. Minister Foulkes and Ms. Bowers discussed a wide range of topics, including job creation, training, touristic developments, trade and commerce and Haitian-Bahamian relations. Minister Foulkes said that he was most delighted to meet Ms. Bowers and that he looks forward to further strengthening the relationship between the United States of America and The Bahamas.
