WASHINGTON REDSKINS SENDS PLANE FULL OF SUPPLIES TO THE BAHAMAS

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In the aftermath of the devastation caused to The Bahamas by Hurricane Dorian, the Washington Redskins on Thursday, September 12, sent a plane full of supplies, food, and other items to Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas. Safety Adonis Alexander, whose father was born in The Bahamas, traveled on the plane to personally deliver the goods. Alexander (third from right) is pictured on his arrival at the airport in Nassau with a group that includes Eldece Clarke (second from right), the Bahamian track and field star who became internationally famous as one of The Bahamas’ Olympic Golden Girls relay team, along with Debbie Ferguson, Sevatheda Fynes, Pauline Davis-Thompson, and Chandra Sturrup.
