WEEK-LONG WELCOME HOME CELEBRATION BEGINS IN GRAND BAHAMA

FREEPORT, Grand Bahama, July 3, 2024 – Minister for Grand Bahama Ginger Moxey has extended an invitation to all Grand Bahamians to a week-long homecoming “to celebrate our island’s potential, resilience, and growth.”

The celebration kicks off tonight at Fish Fry with the ‘Battle of the DJ’s’ and leads up to July 10, 2024, marking The Bahamas’s 51st celebration of  becoming an independent nation on July 10, 1973.
