FREEPORT, Grand Bahama – The West Grand Bahama Youth Development Association honoured a number of persons at its 30th anniversary Recognition Service and Exhibition on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the Ruthnell Technical Institute on Andros Avenue in Hawksbill, Grand Bahama.
Among the honorees was Harold A Williams, Senior Director of the Airport Authority West Grand Bahama, who said in a post on Facebook that he was “privileged to be among the honorees of the West Grand Bahama Youth Development Association for over 30 years of community service in the Hawksbill and Southern district.”
“It’s always nice to be recognized for service given and in my case to a community that gave me so much as a young person growing up in the area,” Mr. Williams said. “Thank you to Mr. Fred Delancy, Rev. Lindy Russell, Dr. Cecil Thompson and all of the organizers of today’s ceremony.”
