BAHAMIAN BRADLEY WATSON AWARDED UK’S CHEVENING SCHOLARSHIP

Bradley Watson is this year’s Bahamian Chevening Scholar.

NASSAU, Bahamas, August 18, 2021 — The British High Commission Nassau has announced that this year’s Bahamian Chevening Scholar is Bradley Watson from Nassau, New Providence.

Bradley, who was selected from a competitive field of over 50,000 applicants and over 5,000 shortlisted candidates, will enrol in MSc in Sustainable Development at University of St Andrews, Scotland. His long-term goal is to return home and work on projects that promote sustainable development in The Bahamas.

Bradley graduated from Kingsway Academy and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston and a Master’s of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
