FORMER BCCEC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SUMNER MEETS WIITH AMBASSADOR AND CONSUL GENERAL

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Mr. Edison L. Sumner,  former Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation (BCCEC), met with His Excellency Sidney Collie, Bahamas Ambassador to the United States and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS),  and Mr. Theo Neilly, Bahamas Consul General to Washington, D.C., on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at the Embassy of The Bahamas, 2220 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. Among the matters discussed was Mr. Sumner’s new consultancy business, Sumner Strategic Partners. According to Mr. Sumner, his diversified Bahamian boutique consultancy company seeks to assist persons wishing to do business in The Bahamas and the region, through strategic regional and international partnerships and affiliations that collectively bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to private sector engagement and government relations.
