HAMBURG, Germany — Renowned Bahamian entertainer Julien “Believe” Thompson performed for a sold-out crowd of 25,000 at the opening ceremony of the 110th Rotary International Convention held from June 1-5 in Hamburg, Germany. Convention delegates also saw a demonstration of the extraordinary talent of acclaimed Bahamian artist Jamaal Rolle, who has been nicknamed the “Celebrity Artist” because of his well-publicized paintings of various celebrities. The appearances of the two talented Bahamians at the convention was arranged by Mr. Barry Rassin, the outgoing 2019 President of Rotary International.
