NASSAU, Bahamas, August 25, 2021 — The National Congress of Trade Unions Bahamas (NCTUB) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Progressive Liberal Party on issues the party intends to address should the PLP win the upcoming General Election.

“I was proud to sign a Memorandum of Understanding today with the National Congress of Trade Unions Bahamas (NCTUB) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), something that has not been achieved since the Pindling era,” PLP Leader Philip “Brave” Davis said. “I know we will be a stronger country when our labour unions, and all Bahamians, receive the respect they deserve.”
