BARBADOS — Husband and wife team of Supreme Court Registrar Barbara Cooke-Alleyne and Ramon Alleyne, who created history as the first married couple to become Queen’s Counsel, were admitted to the Inner Bar on Tuesday, May 9, along with Acting High Court Judge Alrick Scott. They are three of the island’s 17 newest Queen’s Counsel.
