NASSAU, Bahamas — Officers from The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) paid a Courtesy Call on Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert A. Minnis at the Office of the Prime Minister Sir Cecil Wallace-Whitfield Centre on Monday, November 4, 2019.
