“SWEET  EMILY” IS BACK ON A “UNIQUE ASSIGNMENT”

(EDITOR’S NOTE: The Good Lord has blessed Emily “Sweet Emily” Williams  with immense talent and I have been a huge, huge fan for many, many years, so I was compelled to run this “commentary” that she posted on Facebook as a Guest Commentary in BAHAMAS CHRONICLE.  I haven’t heard her new recording yet, but it was written by Fred Ferguson, a Bahamian musical genius with an unyielding commitment to promoting Bahamian music, so I know that it will be a super hit.)

GUEST COMMENTARY: BY EMILY “SWEET EMILY” WILLIAMS

NASSAU, Bahamas — I am humbled that after almost seventeen years, Yahweh has given me the unique assignment of fulfilling ‘a calling’ that by faith and with His guidance and help I will fulfill HIS UNIQUE MANDATE FOR MY LIFE.

Music is the universal language that everyone understands, and is one of the most powerful forces in the earth. Music can be directed to do good or evil, to inspire, encourage and has proven to reach persons who had already given up on life and/or a relationship.

I will aim to always choose to do what is lovely, of good rapport, and acceptable to Yahweh!

This song I will release today has brought tears of joy to my eyes because the lyrics is connected to my heart.

When Fred Ferguson wrote this song, God had to have been impressing upon his heart to pen every word, because every word is exactly how I felt when I first heard the demo.

As I listen to it through my air phones daily, the fulfillment that I get knowing that I still have good health, I still feel young and filled with God’s spirit, I have much to share with a generation that doesn’t know ‘Sweet Emily,’ but only been hearing my music …..

A NEW PATH AS THE JOURNEY CONTINUES….

A NEW HEART AS THE JOURNEY CONTINUES, AND A NEW PERSPECTIVE AND TRANSFORMED MIND THAT HAS PLACED ME RIGHT WHERE YAHWEH ALWAYS INTENDED ME TO BE!

MY BAHAMIAN PEOPLE, OH HOW I MISSED YOU, BUT NOW…..I’M BACK.
